This book has been written by Dr. Bhesania, who has been a Solicitor/Attorney for the Mumbai Port Trust for over 40 years.  This book particularly deals with the provisions of Major Port Trusts Act,1963 with reference to Rules, Regulations and Bye-Laws framed thereunder, as applicable to the Port of Mumbai and as such the commentaries in this book are mostly confined to the Port of Mumbai.
