1. PAYMENTS

1.1 Any item you've ordered on www.expertlec.com will not be charged to your card until after they enter the shipping process.

1.2 www.expertlec.com and our payment gateway are both SSL certified, which means that you can safely enter any information on our payment gateway or on our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Payments made to www.expertlec.com are through the Payment Gateway of HDFC Bank Ltd., which supports the Verified by Visa program. When you use your Visa credit card as payment for an order, you will be asked to enter your Verified by Visa password.

1.3. Cards Accepted as Payment on www.expertlec.com

Which cards can you use on www.expertlec.com? We accept the following cards as payment for your orders:

Visa or MasterCard check cards or ATM cards
Visa or MasterCard pre-paid credit or gift cards

You can use debit, check, pre-paid, and gift cards issued by the above-mentioned companies as well as their standard credit cards. For example, if you're paying with a Visa Check Card, please select Visa from the drop-down menu on the order form when indicating the card type. Similarly, if you're paying with a MasterMoney Card, select MasterCard. For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than Indian Rupees (INR), your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.

1.4 Troubleshooting Failed Authorizations and Payment Declines

1.4.1 To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide www.expertlec.com with information about why your payment was declined. Hence, you need to contact your bank directly to solve most payment issues.

1.4.2 www.expertlec.com Customer Service can help you:

Verify if you entered your payment information correctly on your order.

Change the payment method on an open order.

1.4.3 Please contact your bank to resolve other payment issues even if:

You've successfully used the payment method on a previous order.

Part of your order has already been charged and shipped successfully.

You have funds available in your bank or credit account to cover the order cost, but your order is not getting processed.

1.5   Steps you can take to resolve payment issues:

1.5.1 Contact your bank about payment security policies. Your bank may flag any unexpected activity on your account. This includes first time orders and high value purchases, regardless of the amount of funds available (or credit limit). Your bank may require your verbal authorization to proceed with a transaction.

 1.5.2. Contact your bank about daily withdrawal or purchase limits. Most banks have limits on how much money can be charged or accessed in a single day. If you exceed this daily amount, your bank may block your account from any further activity regardless of available funds in the account. Your bank may require you to request a higher purchase limit to complete the transaction.

1.5.3. Contact your bank about payment authorizations and reserved funds. When you place an order with expertlec.com, we contact your card's issuing bank to confirm that your credit card has a valid number, and has not been reported as lost or stolen. This is communicated via a full authorization for the amount of the purchase.

1.5.4. If you make changes to your order, cancel items, or a multiple-item order ships in more than one shipment, your card may be authorized for each change and funds may be reserved against your account for each authorization.

1.5.5  Some banks have been known to hold these authorizations for 7-10 business days. If your payment is declining due to lack of available funds, contact your bank to confirm if the reserved funds are authorizations, verify the amount of time they hold authorizations, and request that they remove any extra authorization to free up funds in your account. 

1.5.6. Verify the payment information entered on your order. Did your billing address change recently or did you get a new card with a new expiration date? If you used a payment method already on Your Account, you may simply need to update some of the information. If you entered a new payment method, make sure you entered the number and other information correctly.

1.5.7. Submit an alternate payment method for your order. If you are unable to resolve the payment issue with your bank in a timely manner, you are always welcome to change the payment method on your order to another card ur order, or method.

1.5.8. If paying by credit card is not an option: Please send us an A/c   payee cheque or an a/c payee demand draft payable at Mumbai favouring Landmark eConsultants P Ltd at the address given on the Contact Us page, for the total amount of your order. Post-dated cheques are not accepted. The items will be shipped, or your product download or access will be activated, within 2 working days of the credit of the amount of the cheque to our account.

2. SHIPPING

2.1 We currently ship our books/ CDs anywhere in the world. If you want the product shipped outside India, please send us an email to support@knowhowhub.com to ascertain the shipping charges. Purchase of downloadable products and subscriptions to online products are not subject to such a restriction.

3. RETURNS

3.1 You may return an unopened wrong book/ CD sent to you as a result of our error within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

3.2 Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If any book/CD returned has obvious signs of use, at our discretion, we may not accept the return or we may consider a refund of only  up to 50% of the price paid for the item. 

3.3 Digital content purchased and/or downloaded from www.expertlec.com is not returnable.  If you experience technical problems accessing a download or using the item you have purchased, we are happy to help you troubleshoot the problem.

3.4 Opinions downloaded or Online Consulting Products to which the customer has been allowed access are accordingly not eligible for refunds.

3.5 We also regret our inability to change the composition of any pack of Online Consulting Products, once you have selected them and paid for the same.

3.6 www.expertlec.com cannot accept returns of items purchased from any of our partners or affiliates. Items that are shipped directly by any partner or affiliate must be returned to the partner/ affiliate as the case may be, according to their return guidelines.

4. REFUNDS

4.1 Refunds of a payment made by a credit card or a bank account will be net of the credit card company’s charges and taxes actually charged in respect of the purchase and refund transactions.

 4.3 No refund claims shall be entertained in respect of any promotional certificates or coupons issued.
