Mr. V.H. Patil is an eminent lawyer practising in the Supreme Court of India for the past 50 years and has also been appearing before Tribunals. He has also been the Past President of the Chambers of Income Tax Consultants.
Mr. Patil is also an academician and a literary who has served as a Part-Time Professor in Tax Laws in the Siddharth Law College and is the author of the book “Principles of Sales Tax.” He has contributed several articles in various professional journals and has addressed many Seminars and Conferences on “Taxation and Other Allied Laws.
He was on the editorial board of various reputed law journals namely, “Current Tax Reporter”, “Tax Tribunal Judgments”, “Direct Taxes Digest & Referencer” and is currently serving as the editor of the “Income Tax Review.”
